One of the oldest tenement houses in Torun. Before it belonged to the rich burgesses.
Lately the tenement house got its original Gothic form. The tenement house got also a splendid look due to the new glass front. The frontage of the tenement house has a Gothic character and window frames were created later. Today it is the seat of the insurance company called "PZU Life".
