The church was built between 1934-36 thanks to the priest Józef Kulesza.  The facade and the tower were finished in 1871, the stoned bell-tower in 1925. In years 1980-82 the church was extended with the Presbyterian part and the sacristy from the north part of the church. The bricked but non-plastered bell-tower is situated next to the church.
