Wooden Church from 1749 built from logs and strengthened by buckles. A Shingle roof reconstructed in 1894.
In the main altar - a painting of The Virgin Mary with the Child from the second half of 17th century. It is covered with a painting depicting St. John the Baptist baptising Jesus. The cult of Virgin Mary from Mąkolno begun in the 17th century and remains strong to this day.
