The building was created on the corner of Kościelna and Kilińskiego streets. It was built in the years 1803- 1806. The Library is called after Ł. Górnicki. The Mason Lodge had an abode here in the past. The elevation is decorated with classic ornaments – Ionic pilasters and the wave taken from the Greek shows.
