It came into being in June, 1981. The Klub's activity was connected with the church of St.Nicolas in Kędzierzyn. The church was consecrated in October, the 19th, 1902 by the bishop Georg Kopp. The members and founders of the church were: dr Dominik Nowak, dr Sabina Szczęsna, Lesław Kwaśniewski, Jan Religa, Jerzy Jaksiewicz, Jan Goslar. In the best period of their activities, there were even 100 members. At present, there are 60 members. Main directions of the Klub: formation, charity, trainings, social ones. The Klub organizes Weeks of Christian Culture, and it takes care of spiritual development of its members by taking part in Easter's and Advent's days of conglomeration of nuns Służebniczki of Holy Ghost "Annuntiata" in Racibórz. Especially, ceremonial time of the Klub was year 2000, the year of Great Jubilee of Christianity.
