Our Lady's Assumption Church in Ostrzeszów is dated on the 15th century.
The church has a presbytery and sacristy from the 1337 year. The church has a rococo mian altar and beam with baroque sculptures. At the walls there are parts of polychromy from the 14th-19th century.
