The greatest Gothic graveyards in Europe (as far as the number of people were buried) were discoverded in Masłomecz. More than 500 graves and the tracks of Gothic settlement from 1th-4th century A.D. were found here. The Gothic people probably came from the mythical island Skanza (Swedish coast). Archeological research were conducted for 25 years. Archeological picnics take place here in summer.
