The tenement was build by joining the two buildings Wiślicka and Łabędziowska tenements. With years 1936-1939 a yard was build and the building were decorated with medallions picturing famous poets: Biernat from Lublin, Sebastian Kloniwic, Jan Kochanowski, Wincenty Pol. Nowadays a pizzeria, souvenir shop and privated flats are placed there.
