As a wooden object the Town Hall had already existed in middle ages. The object was burnt and rebuilt many times, now its architecture is not credited with any of styles. Attached buildings to the Town Hall were built in 1779. Their elevations were modernized and their character is typical of the second half of XIX century. In 1840 to 1842 the building of the Town Hall was heightened and in 1856 there was built an upper storey of the tower with a dome.
