In this tenement house lived a long time ago the Toruń mayor Gotfryd Roesner. He was executed after the riots against a religion background called "the Torun Tumult".
There are two identical baroque tenement houses from the Middle Ages times. In the 1712 there was a general alteration when it got baroque character but the walls side got its Gothic character.
At present in the tenement houses there are the seat of the one of the Torun bank.
