The castle in Kodeń, the ruins of the Sapiecha's castle, was build in 16th century near river Bug (lubelski district). It was destroyed in the 17th century by Swedes and during the rebuild it was redecorated into baroque style. In the half of 18th centurey it was abandoned by its owner and partly taken into pieces. Nowadays only some parts of its wall and Othodox church near the castle.
