The Greek Catholic church dedicated to St. Nicolas was built in 1904 in the place of a former construction, a present-day Catholic church.
The church belongs to the group of monuments whose form developed as aresult of a stylistic search of the so called “national style”. One of directions of this search was the cruciform of the chapel that spread in the areas of Huculszczyzna.
