The church dedicated to the Transfiguration of Our Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ was erected in 1674.
The church was renovated and restructured in 1735 thanks to efforts of Paweł Sanguszko. The interior, both walls and ceiling, is decorated with a polychrome dating back to 1735. The late-baroque figurative and ornamental paintings have an illusionistic architectural division.
