It is one of the first stone houses in Zamość, built about 1590 by a Greek, Manuelli Masapeta. A Baroque stone portal in the entrance arcade framed with Doric columns and beams with a rich turned-up finial have been preserved. On the left, next to the portal, there is a fragment of a Renaissance door frame dating back to the first stage of the construction.
