The tenement at the 3rd May Street is one of the most interesting building from the 20th century in Lublin.
The building facades are decorated with various fancy stucco using floral motifs. It is also worth to see staircase with: stucco walls and ceilings, doors woodcarving and decorative window panes. Currently it is the seat of : shops, offices and flats.
