Oriented, wooden building of log construction. Architectural specifics and interior include this building among the churches of "Wieluń" type. The late-Gothic triptych of the Virgin and Child with St. Leonard and St. Marguerite in the main altar. Other altars dedicated to St. Catherine and St. Nicholas (late Baroque).
