Although Goraj is one of the oldest parishes in the Lublin region, the Church of St Bartholomew dates from the second half of the eighteenth century. The interior was kept in the Baroque and Rococo style. In the altar’s decorative motifs there are the arms of Jelita-Zamoyski and Korybut- Wiśniowiecki families. On the axis of the Church there is also a bell tower from the same time then the temple. Inside the temple there are beautiful Rococo stucco decorations.
