Branch Church of Assumption of Mary (Chocianowice parish), mentioned in 1447 was built in 1688.
Oriented, log construction, with tower of post and beam construction, walls slightly inclined, boarded. Covered with a shingled roof. The main altar and side altars are Baroque and Rococo.
