Park arose in 2005 on initiative of Kalisz alderwoman Iwonka Urbanowska. There are around 300 trees in park area, such as: limes, maples, alders, oaks, pines, pruces, cypresses and larches; also, around 1700 bushes grow there, e.g. jasmine, brooms, cornels etc.
