It belonges to the Torun big granary-houses. The breadth of the houses the street side is over 10 metres and its heights comes to 20 metres.
The tenement house - number 6 represents the Renaissance style. At present there is the seat of the private society. At number 8 there is a Gothic tenement house with the top richly ornamentated. In the Middle Ages it was the granary whitch was changed into residential house after the general alteration. At present in this tenement house there is the Nicolas Copernic's Astronomical Centre of the Polish Science Academy.
