It was built in the half of 60-th years of XX century.
Carpenter's work was made by Józef Gudel, Władysław Szubzda formed internal mechanisms. The mill's wings ware made by Jan Kawałko. The windmill is laid approx. 500 m from the Zbiele village on the west from the road joins the village with the road Dąbrowa Białostocka - Osowiec. The skeletal construction of the building is placed on the octagonal, stone foundation.
