The secession-eclectic house, called after the names of the owners the Kretzschmar Palace. The building was built in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century, and its owner was initially engineer William Kretzschmar, agricultural machinery factory owner, and then Franciszek Gassner. A rich interior construction is typical for the early twentieth century, now the building houses the Wedding Palace.
