Today it houses the headquarters Department of Social and Cultural Association "Lake District", which made the renovation and adaptation of the tower in 1970-1973 and equipped it with stylish furniture, spectacular lighting, hand wrought iron bars and chandeliers. One can see here the maps of the former diocese of Warmia, city maps, photographs and photocopies of documents. Every month there is a new exhibition of paintings.
