Currently, the site of future museum hosts the Ohel – a temporary art installation located at Muranów Square, opposite the Ghetto Heroes Monument (Pomnik Bohaterow Getta). It is an active educational and cultural center, with projects depicting the history of Polish Jews, the richness of their traditions and the contribution of Jews in Polish culture, with numerous meetings, concerts, film screenings and other events at the frontier of art and culture.
Ohel also serves as an information point, displaying the next stages in the construction and development of the Museum.
