There are many departments of University of Nicolaus Copernicus in Torun. Each represents different style. Collegium Maius is the most beautiful buliding among them.
The building was built in 1907 in neo-Gothic style according to G. Colley's project . Between the WWII the building was the seat of local government of Office of Pomorskie Region. Now it is one of the department of University of Nicolaus Copernicus - the Faculty of Filology.
