The building was erected in 1911 for the headquarters of the National Economy Bank, probably designed by Pankiewicz, with richly decorated front elevation in clinker brick and the plaster architectural décor.
An interesting circular room with rich stucco decoration and stained glass windows awaits the visitors inside. From the beginning, the building served a cashier and fiscal function. Currently, the building is owned by Millennium Bank.
