It was surrounded from each side by the noble goods: Choinowo, Boguszki, Klesze and Wilamówka. The beginnings of the courtly settlement reach the XV century and are connected with Mr. Mroczek Kiełczowic. Probably in those days there was a manor with farm buildings and with an orchard. In the first half of the XIX century the property was bought by Antoni Hałaburda, who raised a manor, a fourfold and a lot of farm buildings. From the former manor- garden settlement there has lasted a concourse, and from the buildings – a stone cowshed in the southern part and ruins in the northern part.
