The monumental neo-baroque building from 1911. It is one of the most precious monuments of gothic architecture in Silesia of Opole lands and in Zdzieszowice commune. For many years it was a parish for tenants of Jasiona and nearby villages. Its origins are dated in XIVth century. The remain is the two-bay presbitery of a former church. The most precious thing is preserved gothic polichromy from the second half of XIVth century which presents passion cycle (discovered in 1912). Worth seeing also is the baroque interior of the church.
