14th century building that has survived to the present day is a precious architectural monument in the city.
Several years ago, Lower Gate Tower has been completely restored, which has been noticed not only by locals and tourists, but also the institutions related to the protection of the cultural heritage of our country. Repair work done for the protection of the monument have been honoured by the Ministry of Culture with the title of a Monument Well Kept.
