After secularization in 1810, purchased by residents of the village, rebuilt in Kolanowice and dedicated in 1812; wooden with log construction, on the west added crusade, surrounded with arcatures; Baroque interior, folk-Baroque paintings with scenes from the legend of St. Barbara.
