It was built in the middle of the XIX century. It was a reverse mill with the water wheel drive. It was working at full speed until the II World War, but during the war actions it was devastated. It is situated on the southern side of the town, next to the outlet road to Goniądz by - pass (Mońki direction). It is located over the Czarna Struga River – one of the Biebrza’s tributaries.
