It was built before 1603 and belonged to Wilhelm Boll. What distinguishes it from other houses is a five-window façade with three low and narrow arcades. A flat frieze under the windows, consisting of rectangular and oval decorations joined together is the only trace of the rich Mannerist decoration designed by Wolff. On the tunnel and cross vault in the hall there are mouldings with geometrical patterns featuring human masks and rosettes.
