The wooden Chapel of the stromal construction, single-nave, built on a rectangular plan with a two tier square tower. The interior is covered by a ceiling. The choir area supported by two wooden columns. Tent-shaped roof covered with metal sheet. The gate serves both as the entry to the cemetery and to the chapel. It is the oldest wooden building in Siemiatycze.
