Manor house in Romanów is a place where Józef Ignacy Kraszewski (the most popular polish historic writer) used to spend his childhood and some period of his adult life. The house was rebuild after the war and from 1962 it is used as a museum of J.I. Kraszewski. One can find there some of his works, painings and also some of his family and childhood mementoes.
