This presumed date is confirmed by parallel location (facing the road), which is typical of rural architecture from the beginning of the 19th century; the location of the building outside the dense rural buildings and placing the building on the foundation (foundation began to be used in rural construction since the beginning of the 19th century).
Since 1920, the building was originally occupied by two families: the Stuchlik and the Hartung. Since 1983, the building is owned by the Museum of Opole Countryside, and thanks to the refurbishment it has been adjusted for cultural and educational purposes.
