It was built in 1824-1827, designed by Jakub Kubicki, in the classical style. 23 September 1831, in the town hall there was the last meeting of the Sejm of the Polish Kingdom This event is commemorated by a plaque in 1921, restored and placed again in 1966.
Everyday at. 12.00 and 18.00 of the Town Hall tower sounds the bugle call played by a trumpeter. The attraction is fit Boleslaw Krzywousty a knight by his father Wladyslaw Herman.
