In the church there are preserved wall painting from XVI century with scenes of Annunciation, Ascension, Descent of the Holy Ghost and gothic triptych in high altar.
The wooden church in Bąków belongs to the oldest ones in Kluczbork region. Church late-gothic, oriented, skeleton construction, with brick foundation boarded. Tower with skeletal and post construction. It was built in XV/XVI century, about 1550 it was overtaken by protestants, since 1945 became catholic again.
