Wilanów, the oldest art museum in Poland

Discover Poland’s oldest museum of art and the former home of Kings at Wilanów Palace, Warsaw. Discover original works from King John III Sobieski’s collection, including two still life paintings by 17th Century artist Abraham Mignon. Wander the Baroque palace and gardens that remain unchanged despite annexations, wars and occupations. Highlights include the stunning 17th century sundial displayed on the rear of the palace. During the summer, visitors can explore the surrounding park filled with sculptures, fountains and a tranquil lake to unwind away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
