Our company is looking for an agency to create and run a unique social media campaign tailored specifically to Canadian citizens interested in travelling to Central Europe. The goal of this project is to promote Poland by emphasizing the country’s rich history, culture, and diverse cuisine. Our ideal vendor:
- Has experience in creating content in various formats such as blog posts, social media, infographics, and videos.
- Has experience in SEO optimization, keyword research, and content distribution.
- Can leverage data and analytics to improve content performance.
TARGET DATES FOR THIS RFP
The following schedule summarizes significant target events for the RFT process. The dates may be changed by PNTO at its sole discretion.
- RFT issue date: 1 September 2023
- RFT close date: 8 September 2023
Section1: PROJECT GOALS
- Reach at least 750,000 unique users. By users, we understand Canadian citizens interested in travelling to Europe and discovering new destinations.
- Attract more social media followers.
- Increase website traffic.
Section 2: SCOPE OF WORK
- Creating and delivering an online marketing campaign run across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Creating production of creatives and copies
- Publication of one article
Section 3: CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW & KPI
- Campaign execution period: 4-6 weeks
- Campaign theme: cuisine, history, culture and UNESCO sites, nature
- Target group: Canadian Citizens from Quebec, travelling abroad at least once a year; interested in travelling to Central Europe, digitally savvy, sharing their experience on social media.
Key performance indicators (KPI):
- Gather a reach figure of 750,000 unique users.
Section 4: SCOPE OF WORK (SOW) FOR BID
You are asked to submit:
- 1 campaign idea along with a slogan, 1-2 creatives, recommended social media platforms, and estimated budget.
All proposals must be submitted by 8 September 2023
