You can have a lot of fun here

If you love to play in water you should visit the most northern city of Poland Jastrzębia Góra on the Baltic coast. The Primavera Conference & Spa Centre offers an adventurous waterpark, board games and sporting equipment like balls, skipping ropes, tennis rackets and table-tennis bats. In the Małopolska Voivodship, the Kocierz Spa resort in Andrychow, offers a number of tasty sounding treatments such as the Fruit Pudding or Watermelon Treatment, a Chocolate Body Massage and a Fairytale Back Rub. Or have a lot of fun in Rabka, where the Miasto Dzieci Świata (the world's children city) Resort specially invites children to its treatment centre. During the therapy you are invited to play in The Land of Salt, a salt cave with toys, offering salty fun. But Rabka has a lot more to offer: a skate park and a fun park (Rabkoland) with a crazy upside-down-house.

Take a deep breath in the underground of a salt mine

Two Polish historic salt mines provide health therapy for families: the "Wieliczka" Salt Mine Health Resort and Bochnia salt mine, both near Kraków. These resorts provide medical services in underground salt chambers with a specific microclimate, which provide a perfect respite for those suffering from asthma and allergies. After the therapy take a magical journey along the saline corridors of the underground labyrinth. Wieliczka offers a special family programme: the kingdom of Saltland - meet the mysterious Treasures, take part in quizzes, solve all kinds of puzzles and play with one of the underground salt people. In Bochnia kids can explore the archaeological park near the salt-mine.
