Each time the \'Silesian Tastes\' Festival is held in a different part of the region, which gives an opportunity to discover local delicacies. Each Festival is accompanied by a culinary contest in which the participants, divided into categories, compete for the title of \'Silesian Tastes\' Expert and a Gold, Silver or Bronze Colander.
