A primary goal of this party is a promotion and a presentation of the Byelorussian culture amongst residents of the Commune Eagle's.

W festynie biorą udział zespoły działające na terenie gminy - "Orlanie", "Malinki i "Orlańskie dzwoneczki", zespoły podlaskie oraz zespoły z Białorusi. W programie festynu jest sprzedaż książek, wydawnictw muzycznych i wyrobów twórców ludowych.
