"Keep smiling because we have built your dreamland"! – this is the motto of The Lower Silesia Monument's Miniatures Park.

The Park is situated in Kowary 15 km from Jelenia Góra, nearby a Polish-Czech border. Visitors of the Park have the unique opportunity to get familiar with monuments like the palaces, mansions, churches and ancient city centres reproduced precisely in 1:25 scale.

Objects

Information about exposed objects' past told by guides and presented on descriptions inform about their historical value. The models are made of weather-proof materials by using up-to-date techniques. This allows presenting them at park surroundings. The greenery, natural environment as well as laborious reproduction of delicate details make the monuments Lower Silesia region very attractive.
In the park you will see among 40 miniatures: Minor Basilica in Krzeszów, Vang Church, Royal Palace of Frederick William III of Prussia, Orthodox Chapel in Sokołowsko and The Twelve Apostles.

Workshop

All models exposed in the Park were hand-built in the park's workshop. All the time next models are constructed. Craftsmen use various materials. These are the newest plastics, metals like copper and steel, as well as natural stone, mostly the sandstone. The models are finished off in the way accurately reproducing the colour and structure of walls and details to show the real look of original object. The important source of information about the objects, if it is possible, are the archives in which there are collected building plans. Using the best quality tools with great effort and precision are built these small wonders of architecture. These monuments always look like in their best times. The perfection of models built in our workshop was appreciated by many specialists who visit the park to learn the way they were made.
The Park offers also a private person a possibility to order model of castle, house in any scale.

The Lower Silesia Monument's Miniatures Park is opened daily 9:00am to 6:00pm.

The entrance:

• adult costs 17 zł,
• senior and students 15 zł,
• adolescent person with a older from 14 to 18 years 13 zł,
• kids till 14 years 12 zł, till 1 metre entrance free.
