Several days' cultural event including street displays and outdoor, presented in the forms alternative to the traditional artistic work on the field of the theatre, the dance, the music, the circus and the film. Streets, couples and covered passages of Warsaw as unusual scenery of different parties.
The 19th International Street Art Festival will open on 1 July with a parade in the Bielany district of Warsaw.
"(...)The Street Art Festival is addressed above all to young people, because mainly they shape the dynamics of life in Warsaw. We want the city, apart from pure entertainment, an opportunity of meeting each other and purchasing things, to also offer these young people aesthetic experiences, and to become not only a really culture-friendly place, but also a place, which helps to create culture. We are striving for art to become a part of different places within the city - on squares, in subway passages, stadiums, and parks - everywhere we can reach a chance passer by.
We dedicate the XVIII International Street Art Festival, just as every one so far, to Our City."
