Tall Ships’ Races 2007. This year at the beginning of August, Poland will be hosting the Tall Ships’ Races. The event will take place in Szczecin, a suitable docking point not only because of its former Hanseatic status, but also for its attracting of sailing enthusiasts. Before arriving in Szczecin the ships will travel beginning July 5 from Denmark, then to Finland and then to Sweden. Various events will take place in Szczecin thereafter, such as competitions, prize giveaways and fireworks.
