Cheap tickets
Many airlines offer discounts and run frequent promotions. Cheaper tickets can be also bought through Last Minute outlets. For details contact an airline agent or visit their website.
Document control
Most airports operate a two tier system - one for EU citizens and one for non EU citizens. Here you have to produce your passport or identity card (for citizens of the EU traveling within the EU). Customs control desk is situated past the immigration control.
Similar procedures are applied to both inbound and outbound fligts. Please note that check-in times may vary depending on the airline policy.
Airport shopping
Whilst waiting for your flight you can shop in the airport lounge for many popular goods sold at very attractive prices.
Luggage
There are certain limitations regarding the content and size of hand luggage. Security measures and passenger safety regulations will not permit the transport in your hand luggage of certain articles. Up-to-date information can be found on each airline’s web site.
Please note that there is normally an extra charge for excess luggage.
Non-standard luggage
Non-standard luggage e.g. skis, snowboards, bicycles, or other large items are charged extra. Wheelchairs are transported free of charge.
